2. Power on the NodeX 100

• Connect the adapter to a power source. (If you’re using a wired connection, we recommend plugging in the Ethernet cable now.)
• Press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds, then release. When the boot animation appears and the screen lights up, the device has successfully powered on.

3. Configure the network (two options)

• Wired: Select Use DHCP to obtain an IP address automatically. If your network doesn’t support DHCP, configure the IP settings manually.
• Wireless: On the device screen, select Wireless Network, choose your Wi-Fi from the list, and enter the password. You can also manage/switch networks in the app’s settings.

4. Bind the device (Bind NodeX)

After the network connection is established, the NodeX screen will display a QR code for binding.

Open AINX Pilot, go to “Add a new device”, scan the QR code shown on the NodeX screen, and enter the verification code as prompted to complete the binding.

5. Common Status & Troubleshooting

• Screen shows “Waiting for Network”: The device is still waiting for a network connection. Check
• the Ethernet cable/router or re-enter your Wi-Fi credentials.
• Device not visible / cannot be discovered: Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on and that you’ve granted Nearby Devices/Location permissions.
• No internet over wired connection: Confirm that your router has DHCP enabled. If DHCP is unavailable, set a manual IP on the device.

What is BIT used for when running NodeX 100 during the testnet?

BIT is a non-transferable point system used during the testnet to fairly record your contributions.
NodeX 100 generates 100 BIT per hour, and early adopters in the first batch will receive a 20% boost, along with additional incentive programs to support early participation in the AINX network.

At the end of the testnet, all BIT will be redeemable for $AINX tokens.
AINX also offers an alternative: operators may choose to spend additional BIT to redeem for $SOL.

Dynamic Batch Sales

AINX follows a “start small, scale as needed” strategy. By introducing a dynamic, batch-based pre-sale mechanism, the release of $AINX tokens is tightly coupled to actual market demand for NodeX devices — protecting the ecosystem’s health and preserving token value.

Batch 1 — Now Live!

• Incentive Token Pool: 500 million $AINX
• Device Quantity: 500 in-stock NodeX 100 units ship within 7 days; additional orders convert to pre-orders and ship within 30 days

Batch 2

• Incentive Token Pool: +500 million $AINX (cumulative total 1 billion $AINX)

Future Batches (Batch 3 & 4 — Potential)

Note: Every batch is a standalone incentive round. Your contribution is compared only with other participants in the same batch, and you share that batch’s dedicated $AINX pool exclusively.

Example: Participants in Batch 1 compete only among themselves for the 500 million $AINX pool tied to that batch. Their allocation is completely unaffected by later batches. This design guarantees intra-batch fairness and gives early supporters a unique chance to secure a large reward pool with lower device costs and fewer competitors.

BIT Incentive System — Fairly Tracking Your Early Contribution

To ensure fair rewards for early supporters, AINX is introducing the BIT Incentive System. BITs are non-transferable internal contribution points that record each participant’s contribution transparently and equitably, and they are directly linked to future $AINX token allocation and value realization.

1. What is BIT?

BIT is a non-transferable, internal contribution point created for the AINX Mainnet Pre-launch.

• You earn BIT by keeping your NodeX hardware running stably.
• When the Pre-launch phase ends, the BIT you have accumulated serves as proof of contribution and entitles you to a proportional share of the $AINX token pool released for this phase.
• BIT can also be optionally redeemed for $SOL.

2. How to Earn BIT

Your rewards scale directly with your contribution. Different hardware tiers accrue BIT at distinct base rates:

Tier 1: NodeX 100–100 BIT/hour
Tier 2: NodeX Pro (8 GPUs) — 300 BIT/hour
Tier 3: NodeX Pro Max (dedicated AI accelerator) — 500 BIT/hour

Important: BIT generation rates remain the same across all batches. That means the earlier you participate, the longer you can accumulate BIT, giving early adopters a meaningful first-mover advantage while total network BIT supply is still low.

3. Participation Limits — Preventing Compute Monopolies and Preserving Fairness

To keep the network decentralized and incentives balanced, we impose caps on higher-performance devices:

Quota Caps:

• Tier 1 (NodeX 100): Fully open — no limits.
• Tier 2 (NodeX Pro): Up to 500 units may connect.
• Tier 3 (NodeX Pro Max): Up to 50 units may connect.

Once a tier’s quota is filled, any additional devices must wait for the official mainnet launch before they can be activated.

BIT Reward Caps

• Tier 1 (NodeX 100): Fully open — no limits.
• Tier 2 (NodeX Pro): Up to 10,000 BIT per day.
• Tier 3 (NodeX Pro Max): Up to 15,000 BIT per day.

4. Early Adopter Incentive (Batch 1 Exclusive)

BIT Base-Rate Boost:
All Batch 1 nodes receive a 20% increase in their BIT base earning rate for 30 days.
Example: Tier 1 (NodeX 100) can earn 120 BIT/hour for 30 days instead of the standard 100 BIT/hour.

Token Conversion & Value Capture: From BIT to $AINX and $SOL

Once the pre-launch phase concludes, the BIT you hold will be the critical key to unlocking substantial value.

1. AINX Token Allocation Rules

Your final AINX allocation will be calculated strictly according to your share of total contribution.

Formula:

This allocation rule tightly links each user’s reward to their actual contribution.

2. $SOL Redemption Mechanism (Optional)

To give early supporters more flexibility, we are introducing an optional SOL redemption feature:

• Funding Source:
  20 % of the device-sales revenue from each batch will be used to purchase $SOL on the open market and seed the redemption pool.
  Example: If Batch 1’s 2,000 devices sell out and generate roughly $1.2 million in revenue, about $240,000 will be spent on acquiring $SOL.
• Redemption Window:
  After the pre-launch phase ends, a 1–2 week window will open during which users may spend additional BIT (i.e., at a premium) to redeem $SOL.
• Rules & Limits:
  Redemptions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis; once the $SOL pool is depleted, the offer closes. Each device can redeem up to 4 $SOL. Any BIT not redeemed for $SOL will automatically be applied toward the AINX token allocation.

Mainnet & Roadmap

• TGE & Mainnet Launch: Targeted for Q4 2025, and no later than Q1 2026.
• Early Financing: Secured a $2 million seed round led by Alpha Gamma, earmarked for further expansion of the NodeX market.
• AINX Forward Plan: Open SDK/API, launch a model marketplace and compute marketplace, expand the ecosystem, iterate features, upgrade products, and deepen community governance.
