We’re pleased to officially announce that AINX has successfully closed a $2 million seed funding round, led by Alpha & Gamma, a firm specializing in the intersection of Web3 and artificial intelligence. The round was also supported by multiple angel investors from the AI and Web3 sectors.

Core Product: AI NodeX
Helioq NodeX is the foundational infrastructure of the AINX network — an already productized, intelligent edge device featuring:
- Verifiable Compute for proof-of-contribution
- GPU-accelerated AI task execution
- Federated Learning + Privacy-preserving mechanisms
- Plug-and-play with user autonomy, requiring no centralized provisioning to join the network
This round provides essential financial resources and reflects strong market confidence in AINX’s technical architecture, core product capabilities, and long-term strategic vision.
The proceeds will be used to:
- Launch and scale the Helioq NodeX product globally
- Expand international deployment and partnership channels
- Accelerate development of the decentralized AI ecosystem
Near-term priorities:
- Launch the NodeX testnet, providing an open validation and incentive environment for device users, model developers, and early node operators
- Release the first production batch of NodeX 100, enabling lightweight AI execution and edge computing onboarding
- Establish deep collaborations with DePIN projects, Web3 content platforms, blockchain games, and L1/L2 ecosystems to co-develop decentralized AI infrastructure
